The Indago 3 is a small tethered Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAS) designed by Lockheed Martin to conduct counterinsurgency combat, reconnaissance and information gathering missions. The UAS has been designed for use by Special Forces operating with and without the tether and can be carried in a rucksack. The air vehicle is provided with an advanced electro-optical (EO) high resolution sensor for daylight and thermal infrared sensor during nighttime both delivering imagery. Indago 3 can stay airborne for 50-70 minutes without the tether.
